## Candidate acceptance criteria
1. Participant answers the intended prompt.
2. A single option is selected.
3. Explanation meets the required minimum duration.
4. Speech is intelligible and transcript can be verified.
5. Required framing and visibility checks pass.
6. No prohibited third-party or bystander content is present.
7. Required disclosure and provenance fields are complete.

## Rights design
Final disclosure, use scope, retention, revocation, and buyer-delivery terms are configured for the pilot and reviewed with counsel before collection begins.
